Name: Legion of swordsmen

Description: An organization composed soley of elite swordsmen. United under a single ruler, who would be the strongest in the entire organization. Anyone who can best the current ruler in a one on one, fair battle can take the position for him or herself.

Joining: You must be a sword wielder of great skill. As long as this single requirement is met, anyone is permitted to join.

Structure: There are several ranks in the Legion of Swordsmen that are largely skill based.

Swordsman- A standard member of the Legion. These are the most numerous and the weakest, however even so, their skills are far above average.

Captain- A rank above Swordsman. A captain is often given a small squad of swordsmen under their command. They're well known for having much greater skill than a standard swordsman under the Legion.

Blade Lord- There are only ten of these in the entire Legion. Based largely off of the Espada in Bleach, each member of this rank has a roman numeral branded onto their body in some location. This gives their strength level in proportion to the other blade lords (X being weakest, I being strongest). These are members renown for their incredible ability, and leave the Captain rank in the dust before them. Beneath the Legion leader this is the highest you can get.

Leader- This is the highest possible rank that you can achieve, and it only goes to the swordsman of the greatest skill in the entire legion. Anyone can get the position, provided they're strong enough. To obtain the position, all one must do is challenge the current leader and defeat him in single combat. The leader's identity is never revealed, and, in fact, he could be walking among the lower ranked officers in the Legion, and nobody would realise his rank. Only the ten Blade Lords know for sure who he is, as they are often the only ones present during the battle to determine a new leader.

Major NPC's (optional):

The leader- A mysterious enigma. Nobody but the founding members know who he is. All that the other members truly know is his devastating skill with a sword, and that his weapon of choice is a Muramasa sword. Nothing more of him is known.

Headquarters (optional): They have multiple headquarters, located in the Grand Line, Kyoto, and Central City.

Symbol (Optional): A katana, a European Bastard sword, and a Schimitar crossed on a black background.
